Summary: Checking in was TERRIBLE! We called for over an hour to inform that we were a little late. Got there to find a sign on the door with a number to call/ after several calls with no answer,we pulled the door open to enter the lobby . Continued to call but NO ONE was at the desk.Eventually she came downstairs dressed in pjs! Towels were requested for the next morning;she finally made a set for us to use. There was a vacant room across from mine that was used by about 4-6 people people to sit outside of and smoke marijuana all night and day! Called front desk to complain and request towels-no answer again!!

Summary: Common areas, hallways and elevator especially, had a funky smell. Our room which was on the West end, would not cool below 74 degrees until after midnight. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Summary: As a female traveling alone on a 1500 mile rdrive with a service pup, and some special needs I couldn’t have been more grateful for JEN I travel a lot and with some medical constraints. It’s very frustrating to feel like an imposition on ANYONE especially in the “hospitality” industry . JEN SMILED at my pup and I and wasn’t condescending and also allowed for the fact that sometimes the medical necessity of a service animal is t obvious . She treated my pup and I as if we were welcomed guests in our own home .. Which these days is a rarity ✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were bed sheets out in a pile down the hall from my room and what looked like a shower curtain was in a crumple by my door. They had a sign in the elevator to please not place trash outside in the hallways...it wasn't the cleanest hotel I've been too.
